Johan RatinckxHead of Support, Asia Pacific
Johan Ratinckx heads SWIFT’s customer support team in Asia Pacific and is based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for continuously enhancing customer’s experience and is also managing all customer and SWIFT incidents.
Johan has been with SWIFT for over 20 years. Prior to this role he was amongst others, Head of Enterprise Applications Support, where he was responsible for all back office applications, and Head of APAC operations, setting up SWIFT Control Centre in Hong Kong.
Since joining SWIFT in 1995, Johan has worked on major projects, covering various areas of customer services, applications support and operations. His areas of expertise include operations, cybersecurity and incident management.
Johan holds a Master degree in Civil Engineering in Electronics from the Catholic University of Leuven.
