With 12 years’ experience in the digital space Michael Wolczyk helped at Germany's Telefonica (former E-Plus with 25 Million Customers) to design and execute digital campaigns that saw subscriber contract extensions rise by 40%. In 2013 he moved to Hong Kong to help a boutique hotel chain relaunch their booking-engine, resulting in a 120% increase in conversion rate, before he worked as Head of Digital Innovation for QNET Ltd and developed new Digital Business Models and Technology opportunities while he was working on the digital transformation of the business.
Since 2016 he is responsible as Senior E-Commerce Manager for AXA Hong Kong and strengthens their E-Commerce capabilities.
