Mukesh is working as Regional customer experience lead for AXA Asia, based at the Asia Regional Head Office in Hong Kong. Mukesh is responsible to manage end to end customer experience for AXA Asia entities across 8 countires. Prior to the Regional CX Role, he was Asia Regional Head of operational excellence.

Mukesh started his career in insurance sales and over the years have worked in various management roles in GI & Life insurance across different functional areas ( digital business, distribution strategy, corproate planning, post merger integration), including “start-up” experience of AXA P&C in India.

Mukesh is a MBA professional with specialization in Marketing and Finance and an avid sports lover specially football and cricket.
